NDGAI would like to welcome their newest member Lee Trueman to the team as the company’s Commercial Director.

Lee is responsible for the Commercial Development of NDGAI and will oversee and help implement all commercial strategies according to the company’s goals and objectives.

Lee has worked within sales for 15 years amongst the financial, banking, credit card, solar panel, and claim management industries. Lee has spent the last 6 years selling technology exclusively to the home care industry and has extensive experience working in social care and cloud-based SaaS software.

Lee has a  wealth of home care technology knowledge and his skill sets will inspire and help accelerate the growth of the business.

Lee has chaired several round table debates on the challenges of the health sector and has shone a spotlight on the benefits of using technology in-home care. He has developed a unique ethical sales and commercial management approach throughout his career within the social care sector and has enabled so many care companies to move into the 21st century by using his sector knowledge, coupled with the right solution.

Lee says that one of his biggest career achievements is managing to help over 1500 homecare companies implement a modern care management system.

Lee has spent a lot of time involved with mental health, helping to mentor and develop staff members from various companies and departments. He has used this experience to guide and develop his people-first philosophy to sales and management.

Lee Trueman, NDGAI Commercial Director, said: “I’ve had a great first week, meeting the team and learning about the company.

“I am looking forward to revolutionizing the way home care providers manage their mobile resources and can’t wait to get out there and start talking to them and introducing our products.”

The team at NDGAI are really excited to be working with Lee, especially as we are in the process of launching our SaaS version of OptifAI direct to the home care market.
