Nigel Gittins, BSc (Hons)

Chief Executive Officer

Nigel is NDGAI’s CEO and is responsible for the company’s growth and strategic vision.

Nigel has over 30-years’ experience in providing technology and SaaS solutions to businesses and government organisations in the TV, oil, retail, and healthcare sectors.

In 2002 Nigel’s parents were running a home care agency. This gave Nigel a unique insight into the difficulties they faced when scheduling workers, particularly with a growing workforce and client base. As a result, Nigel founded Webroster Ltd and  Webroster.net was developed as the first care-specific web-based scheduling platform.

In 2020 Nigel sold Webroster to the Access Group but he and the NDGAI team continue to develop the artificial intelligent scheduling tool, OptifAI, which is used to add value to scheduling software.

Nigel’s experience in field-based workforce scheduling has established him an international reputation as a provider of high-quality, innovative, scheduling software.

Nigel has a degree in maths and computing from the London Metropolitan University and is an active member of the Vistage Chief Executive Programme, the world’s largest executive coaching organisation for small and medium-sized businesses.

Nigel prides himself on constantly evolving his products and having the ability to make a difference with NDGAI’s exciting innovations.

Outside of work, Nigel mostly spends time playing golf, cycling or having fun with his sons and nephew. He has an active interest in stocks and shares and is a member of the Mustang Owners Club of Great Britain and looks forward to driving to its future events in his 1967 Mustang Fastback, the one from the film “Bullit”.
